Thrive Granola

Ingredients

1 cup of oats

1 cup shredded coconut
-
1 cup mixed unsalted nuts (brazil nuts, pepitas, sunflower, walnuts, cashews, pecans)

¼ cup slithered almonds
-
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
-
2 tsp Thrive Spice
-
2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
-
Pinch of salt
-
Stevia to sweeten
Method
1. Preheat oven to 150’C and line a baking tray with baking paper
2. Mix dry ingredients in large bowls than add oil and stevia, mixing well and coating evenly
3. Spread mixture evenly on a tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
4 Serve ½ cup of granola with a dullop of coconut yoghurt or fresh berries. Serves 6
