Healthy Chicken Patties

Ingredients

  • 500g of lean chicken mince (can also use turkey)

  • 1-2 eggs

  • 1 cup of almond flour (1/2 for burger and 1/2 to coat)

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk or oat milk

  • 2-3 teaspoons of garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

  • 1/4 cayenne

  • 2 teaspoons of dill

  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. In a large bowl place chick and 1.2 cup almond flour together with milk, and herbs. Mix everything well

  2. Divide mixture into 4 patties and and cover them with the remaining almond flour (you may need more here)

  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee or olive oil in fry pan over medium heat

  4. Cook chicken patties for 5 minutes each side or until golden brown

I freeze my patties individually for up to 2-3 weeks. I pull one out the night before work and take it with me with a fresh salad.
