Rice Paper Rolls

  • 6 Rice paper sheets

  • 300g of protein (tofu, sliced chicken breast)

  • 1 sliced capsicum

  • 1 sliced carrot

  • 1 sliced cucumber

  • 1/2 spring onion

  • basil

  • Vietnamese mint

  • Tamari sauce

  • 1/2 lime



  1. heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the tofu or chicken

  2. Fully emerge the rice paper round in warm water for 15 seconds, remove and place on chopping board

  3. Place the sliced vegetables and protein in the rice paper sheet, fold the edges and roll

  4. Serve with soy sauce and lime juice
