Sour Cherry Night Time Gummies

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of sour cherry juice

  • 4 tablespoons gelatin

  • 2 tablespoons of honey or drops of liquid stevia

  • pinch of salt

Method

  1. In a saucepan heat the sour cherry juice

  2. Add in the gelatin and stir until dissolved

  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool, add in honey and sweetener of choice

  4. Place in glassware or ice moulds and place in the fridge for 2-hours

  5. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks

 

Sleepytime Gummies

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons of gelatin (grass fed organic)

  • 2 chamomile tea bags or prefered sleepy time tea

  • 1 3/4 Cups of water

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Sweetener (stevia drop or 2 tablespoon raw honey)

Method

  1. In a saucepan bring to boil the water and brew tea for 10 minutes than remove teabags

  2. Add gelatin and store until dissolved

  3. Add honey, vanilla extract and any other ingredients you like

  4. Allow to cool slightly than place into a loaf pan or glassware and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours until set

  5. Remove from fridge and slice into small squares and have 2-3 pieces each night

 

Creamy Protein Coconut Gummies

Ingredients

  • 1 can of lite coconut milk

  • 4 tablespoons of gelatin

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons of honey ir a couple drops of liquid stevia

  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa

  • Collagen based protein (I use ATP Science NOWAY or Nutri Organic Chocolate collagen)

  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. In a stainless steel pot, bring to a light simmer the coconut milk

  2. Add in the collagen and stir until dissolved

  3. Sift in the cocoa and add the honey or stevia, vanilla and salt

  4. Place liquid in glass wear and refrigerate for 2-3 hours

  5. slice in small pieces and enjoy

 

Beauty Berry Gummies

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of frozen organic berries defrosted (mixed, strawberries or raspberries)

  • 2 cups of water

  • 4 tablespoons gelatin

  • 1/4 cup raw honey or liquid stevia drops

  • 1 teaspoon of Vitamin C (or 2 capsules)

Method

  1. In a blender, blend the berries until smooth paste. Strain through sift to remove seeds and pits

  2. Place berries in a saucepan with water and warm

  3. Add the gelatin and stir until dissolved than add in sweetener of choice

  4. Allow to cool to room temperature than mix in the vitamin C (vit C is very sensitive to heat)

  5. Place in glassware or ice mould and place in fridge for 2-3 hours.

  6. Remove and cut into bite size jellies
